Refund Policy

Consultations and functional lab tests can’t be refunded once the service has been provided. That means a consultation that has taken place and a lab test that has been ordered.

If you’ve booked a consultation and need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment. You’ll then get a refund of what you paid, minus the payment processing fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment can’t be refunded.
